- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules and deliverables, coordinating primarily with internal teams and occasionally with external teams.
- Oversee a formal review process to ensure each development phase is completed successfully and the product is ready to advance to the next phase.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates on status, plans, and issues to management.
- Formulate and implement strategies to mitigate schedule and technical risks.
- Ensure test plans are thorough and testing is executed effectively.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during the project by coordinating with multiple teams.
- Mentor engineers and leads on effective processes and best practices, including Agile development methodologies.
- Prepare project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and schedules for custom software development projects.
- Manage and execute Agile development projects with robust SDLC and Agile practices.
- Monitor project delivery, review client requests, identify risks, and maintain risk and mitigation plans.
- Plan resource allocation, manage allocation projections, and support presales projects.
- Prepare project status reports.
- Ensure coding, security, and intellectual property (IP) compliance are achieved.
- 7+ years of experience in development and management, with a strong background in project scheduling, resource allocation, task management, and risk management.
- Proven experience managing projects involving multiple teams.
- Ability to lead effectively without formal authority and prioritize tasks in ambiguous situations.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
- Previous experience in a development role is preferred.
- Support the HR team in the candidate shortlisting process according to the job description.
- Assist in the presales process.
- Collaborate with solution architects and other stakeholders to create solution and architectural diagrams.
- Utilize knowledge of AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Experience in managing cloud projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Planner, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Slack and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Power Apps is a plus.
- Awareness of cloud hosting platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
