Algoworks recently collaborated with Salesforce to join their Salesforce Talent Alliance program.
Salesforce Talent Alliance connects partners to Salesforce candidates and brings new talent into the ecosystem, with the focus on creating a culture of inclusion and a diverse workforce that reflects society around the world. The program entails Salesforce partners committing to recruiting new Salesforce professionals and incorporating inclusive hiring practices.
Across workforce development groups, educational institutions, and career fairs, Salesforce partners are connected to aspiring candidates. Upon recruiting the candidates, they are trained to become Salesforce certified professionals, with an emphasis on underrepresented groups in tech.
Algoworks regularly brings fresh talent to be a part of their Salesforce department. Their designated Salesforce developers, consultants, and admins mentor the fresh talent and provide them with personal Salesforce training to help them evolve into skilled Salesforce developers.
Pratyush Kumar, Co-founder and President at Algoworks, was quoted as saying, “With over 200 Salesforce partners, we have pledged to practice inclusivity and build a diverse workforce with Salesforce Talent Alliance. We aim at hiring new Salesforce talent and providing opportunities to the candidates seeking new jobs. Together, we commit to equitable hiring practices and strive to build a path to equality.”
