Certification Evaluation Criteria: Know The Process Of Great Place To Work ® Certification™
GPTW Certification criteria are the same for every applicant. Organizations with 10+ employees are eligible to apply for the two-step certification process.
Step 1: Ask your employees to take the Trust Index™ survey. You can conduct it for two weeks, containing 14 demographic questions and 60 statements for employees to answer. It generally takes 15 minutes, on average, to complete the survey.
Step 2: Fill out a short questionnaire to complete the culture Brief about your company’s workforce values.
Great Place To Work is the global standard for benchmarking employers based on employee feedback and workforce culture. They evaluate your application based on employee ratings and the showcased workforce standards. If you successfully cross the threshold, you receive the certification through an email. Further, your company automatically becomes eligible for that year’s GPTW award lists. Remember, the certificate is valid for 12 months, and you must re-apply yearly!
